Drop off 21.08.21, expected time 10:00. Niko charged us 5 full days anyway. I got to use the car only 4 days in the end. Niko is very nice and available until you get the car and find out that the old and super damaged car has a broken and unusable clutch. We got a new car only the day after, and Niko refused to refund us for the day we couldn't use the service, explaining that "the car was at the parking lot waiting for us the entire day". Also, when we asked to return the car a day earlier, the request was refused because "it was the same thing to return one day or the other" with a mocking tone. Last day we needed to return the car at 12:00 instead of 10:00. It wouldn't be a problem since the pickup time was at 20:30 and we paid 5 full days. Unfortunately Niko didn't allowed it because he had already sold it for another client in the morning, overearnining in bad faith. Milos is a great island, but I do not recommend, in any circumstances, that you use the services of Niko's Cars and Motos, as well as Riva Travel.
